*ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to health regulations! Excluding any mistakes on our behalf will be corrected, if notified within 24hours via email with photo of incorrect item in original packaging. IF it's a valid error, then we will reach out to resolve with a replacement of the correct item(s). We will cover shipping.

Please do not return the items without contacting us. You must obtain the return authorization email prior to returning the item(s) to KHRONIC QUEEN .

If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us KHRONIC QUEEN   will not accepts any returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product).
